How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship. Once they’ve shipped, you’ll receive an email which includes a tracking link, along with your order information. From the tracking page, you'll be able to see your estimated delivery date and have the ability to sign up for shipping and delivery notifications.
What are your delivery options?
We offer UPS shipping to all EU countries. Orders are shipped from Turkey.You can expect your order to arrive in 6-8 business days, which includes order verification and processing.
We use flat-rate shipping. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.
Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.
Do you provide International delivery?

How do I return an item?
We want you to feel as confident in your order as we do in our products. You may return merchandise purchased online for size, fit or style reasons within 14days of shipment of your order or January 31, 2020 (whichever is later), provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered or worn.
Returns will be shipped to our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey and please take important note that any taxes, duties, custom fees or shipping charges incurred from the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note and keep the return tracking number until your account is credited.
We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. Your refund will be credited to your initial form of payment in 7-10 business days, in the amount of the purchase price plus any applicable taxes. It may take one or more billing cycles for your credit to appear after your return has been processed. Processing time varies seasonally.
